Melissa Coleman

Melissa is an Operations Manager at Legacy. She enjoys creating an environment where leaders and teams can stay focused on what matters most while providing reliable, high-quality service tailored to each client’s needs.  

With 12 years of experience supporting financial organizations such as Morgan Stanley and TIAA-CREF, she brings an organized and efficient approach to serving clients. 

 After dedicating time to raising her family, Melissa began the next chapter of her career as an independent Executive Assistant and operations professional, where she supported multiple business owners across various industries and broadened her expertise in bookkeeping. She has continued her professional development by earning her Chief of Staff Certificate. 

Outside of work, Melissa taps into her creativity through photography and DIY projects. She values spending quality time with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren.
