Dana is a Client Service Associate and acts as the liaison between our clients and other financial institutions, CPAs, and financial advisors. With experience in client relationship management, she prides herself on helping build lasting client relationships, focusing on retention and ensuring that the client’s needs are consistently met or exceeded.
Dana has spent her career in various customer service roles. She was the operations manager at an interior design firm and was an executive assistant to the CEO of a large contract furniture company in Colorado Springs. Before coming to Legacy, she owned her own personal assistant/organizing business. She has loved being a mom and dedicating her life to raising her two daughters for the past twenty years.
Dana lives in Colorado Springs. She enjoys the outdoors and sunshine and spending time with her family and her pets, drag racing, golfing, and shopping.
